I was referred to Mold Eliminators from another agent at my brokerage. My clients closed on a home a month ago and it was discovered during a renovation project that there was mold in the bathroom. Not only did mold eliminators come out on a Saturday (by the way not during their business hours) but they were able to put peace of mind to my buyer that the mold could be remediated and removed correctly. My buyers had another mold company come out and they were trying to charge her $900 just to tell her it was mold. Craig and Oliver and their team at mold eliminators really knows their stuff. I had so much questions about mold and was so educated about the process of removing it and also the process of filing claims with home insurance. I would definitely refer them to anyone and other realtors who are looking for an honest business to move along in the escrow process or after closing!!!!---Cathy V.

They came the next day. Arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. Oliver was awesome. Looked at the issue and advised that I really do not need their services. Made suggestions on how to fix issue. Was honest and professional. I would highly recommend this company!--Shari K.

I couldn't find the source of a smell in my kitchen but I knew something was wrong . Oliver came over and discovered my dishwasher was leaking towards the back and soaking the cabinets & outer wall of my kitchen with every wash . It was forming Mold which was causing the smell .

He sat there as I cried , and talked me through the process and ensured me it will be ok and can be fixed with them start to finish. He had his crew out the next day to to remediate the dangerous mold so me and my son would not be breathing it anymore . Enrique and Javier did the remediation and demo very quickly . Each visit they explained what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take and always cleaned up to took the remains out at the end of the end of every day. They even laid down plastic from the door to the kitchen to ensure everything stayed as clean as possible .

I felt comfortable with them in my home as they were courteous and professional.

Well-versed in their trade, compassionate, friendly and honest. They work with your insurance for you. The estimates are clear and they will go over them with you. If you have any issues with flooring, make sure to call mold eliminators. Had flooring issues from a leaking toilet, and Oliver was able to come help me out last minute on a Saturday. Oliver told me what needed to be fixed and I could do myself to avoid thousands of dollars. Oliver even followed up with me afterwards to double check how everything went with the repairs. Craig from Mold Eliminators is truly outstanding when it comes to Customer Service. I woke up to a water heater leak and I had water damage in the garage, walls, and living room. I requested a quote from Yelp and he was the first to call me within minutes (around 720am on a Saturday). He is very knowledgeable, professional, full of advice, and money saving tips. He showed up at my house for a free inspection of the damage. I learned so much about my water heater, home warranty, plumber costs, water damage, mold...he is full of knowledge. He was God sent!
