Lab fees depend on the number of samples and the type of analysis. A standard residential inspection typically involves two to four air samples and an outdoor control. Lab analysis for that runs in a range that I will quote you exactly before anything is collected. There are no surprises after the fact.
Landlords and property managers are not automatically covered under the free testing policy. The free inspection is extended to property owners who occupy or own the property directly. For multi-unit properties, management companies, or situations where testing is being done as part of a tenant dispute, I discuss the cost structure before scheduling.
