Billing and Payment

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal and business checks, cash, and ACH bank transfer.

We want payment to be the last thing you are worried about when you have a water or mold emergency. If your situation is covered by homeowners insurance, we bill the insurance carrier directly and handle the documentation process. You pay your deductible. That is typically the extent of your out-of-pocket expense for covered events.

Insurance Direct Billing

For jobs covered by a homeowners insurance policy, we work directly with your insurer. We provide the full documentation package: moisture readings, thermal images, daily drying logs, photographic evidence, and itemized estimates in a format your adjuster and carrier can process efficiently. Most Nevada carriers require this level of documentation for water damage and mold claims, and we provide it as standard on every insurance job we run.

If a carrier requests a supplement or additional documentation at any point in the claim, we handle that directly. You should not have to serve as the messenger between your restoration contractor and your insurance company. That is part of our job.

Financing Options

For jobs that are not covered by insurance or where out-of-pocket costs exceed the covered amount, we can discuss payment arrangements. We would rather work out a payment structure that allows you to address the problem now than have you delay and turn a $5,000 water damage job into a $15,000 mold remediation job because you were waiting to save the full amount.

Call us and tell us your situation. We will be direct about what the job costs and what options exist. No pressure. No upselling. Just a straight conversation about what it takes to fix your problem and what we can work out. Read our FAQ on how we work with insurance companies for more detail on the claims process.
