Every quote below is reproduced word for word from a review the customer wrote themselves. We have not edited them, and we have not added details to the job that the customer did not describe. The guidance underneath each quote is our general practice on that type of work, drawn from remediating and restoring Las Vegas property since 1996.
Why two of these are jobs we turned down
Two of the case studies above end with us telling the homeowner they did not need to hire us. That is deliberate. In this trade the customer usually cannot verify what they are being told, which makes it very easy to sell remediation that is not warranted, and the reviews people leave after being told the truth say more about how a company operates than the ones left after a large invoice.
