Where we work, and what “service area” really means
Our core service area is the Las Vegas metropolitan area and the broader Clark County region. That covers the dense central neighborhoods, the master-planned communities out west, the high-rise condo towers near the Strip, and the newer construction at the valley edges. By “service area” we mean the places where our certified technicians can arrive, assess the moisture and any visible growth in person, and stand behind the work. A certified technician comes to your property anywhere in our service area, takes moisture readings, and gives you a calm, factual assessment of what is happening and whether you even need us. What is not free is independent laboratory analysis. If your situation calls for confirming the species or spore count of mold, that work goes to an independent, third-party lab, and lab testing is a paid add-on. We keep that step separate on purpose, so the company recommending the work is never the same company grading its own results.
