Do you serve my city or area?

Yes. Mold Eliminators serves the entire Las Vegas valley and the surrounding Clark County communities, including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and Paradise. If your property is in or around the valley, we can be on-site for a free inspection, usually within an hour for active emergencies.

We have worked across this region since 1996, on more than 255 residential and commercial properties, with our own certified, in-house crews. No franchise territory lines, no subcontractors. When you call, the people who answer are the people who show up.

Where we work, and what “service area” really means

Our core service area is the Las Vegas metropolitan area and the broader Clark County region. That covers the dense central neighborhoods, the master-planned communities out west, the high-rise condo towers near the Strip, and the newer construction at the valley edges. If your home sits anywhere in that footprint, we serve you.

By “service area” we mean the places where our certified technicians can arrive, assess the moisture and any visible growth in person, and stand behind the work. That is different from a call center that books a job in your city and then dispatches whoever is cheapest that day. Every Mold Eliminators technician is a W-2 certified employee, never a subcontractor, so the standard of work does not change based on which corner of the valley you live in.

The desert also shapes the work in ways a national chain often misses. Swamp coolers add humidity to wall cavities, monsoon storms drive water through roof penetrations, and slab leaks can saturate concrete for weeks before anyone notices. We have handled all of these across the valley, which is why local experience beats a wide but shallow coverage map. Our step-by-step process is the same whether you are in a Summerlin custom home or a downtown apartment.

The inspection is free. Lab testing is the paid step.

People often ask this question hoping the answer comes with “and it’s all free.” Here is the honest version. The on-site inspection is genuinely free. A certified technician comes to your property anywhere in our service area, takes moisture readings, and gives you a calm, factual assessment of what is happening and whether you even need us. We are anti-upsell by policy: if you do not have a real problem, we tell you so and we leave.

What is not free is independent laboratory analysis. If your situation calls for confirming the species or spore count of mold, that work goes to an independent, third-party lab, and lab testing is a paid add-on. We keep that step separate on purpose, so the company recommending the work is never the same company grading its own results. You can read more about the no-pressure visit on our free inspection page. The visit costs you nothing, and the lab work is the only paid part, recommended only when it is genuinely warranted.

What to do next

If you suspect mold or have had a recent water event, get eyes on it. Call us at (702) 442-1126 and describe what you are seeing: a musty smell, a stain that keeps returning, a leak that was “fixed” but left the wall damp. We will tell you over the phone whether it needs a same-day look, and schedule a free on-site inspection at your property.

If water is actively spreading right now, treat it as an emergency. The first 24 to 72 hours decide whether a wet structure dries cleanly or quietly becomes a mold problem, so the faster we begin mold remediation or drying, the more of your home we save. We answer 24/7 and aim to be on-site within an hour for active emergencies anywhere in the valley.

If your problem started with a burst pipe, a failed water heater, or a roof leak, the documentation matters as much as the cleanup. We log readings, photos, and scope from the first visit, exactly what an adjuster needs. That paper trail is the heart of handling water damage insurance claims cleanly, and it keeps a covered water claim from becoming a disputed mold claim later.

Related questions

How fast can you get to my property?
For active water emergencies anywhere in the valley, we aim to be on-site within one hour, 24/7. For non-urgent inspections we schedule the free on-site visit at a time that works for you, often the same day or the next. Because our crews are in-house and local, we are not waiting on a subcontractor to accept the job.
Do you charge a trip fee to come out to my area?
No. The on-site inspection is free across our service area, with no trip fee for coming to look. A certified technician evaluates the property and gives you a straight answer about whether you need any work at all. The only paid step is independent, third-party lab analysis, a separate add-on we recommend only when it is genuinely warranted.
Do you handle both homes and commercial buildings in the valley?
Yes. We work on single-family homes, high-rise condos, apartment buildings, HOA properties, and commercial sites throughout Clark County. Our founder, Craig Herrmann, is IICRC Master Certified and co-authored the ANSI/IICRC S520 standard, so the work is held to the same national rulebook whatever the property.
